Mette Norgaard works with executives, individually and as teams, to help them be more authentic, thoughtful, and engaged.
A leader is someone who can cut through the clutter, explain what's going on, and tell a powerful story about the future - a story
others want to be part of. Job titles don't make such leaders, preparation does. Remember the tourist asking a New Yorker, "How do
you get to Carnegie Hall?" The answer is, "Practice, practice, practice." Similarly, it takes real commitment to become a world-class
leader.
Yet, as with any star performer, activity is not enough. More than anyone, leaders need candid and caring feedback on how they are
doing and how to get better. To that end, they need mentors, colleagues, or coaches who will be frank with them and invest in their
growth.
Furthermore, strong leaders take time to think for themselves. They mute the cacophony of voices telling them what to do, so they
can hear their inner voice. They contemplate persistent questions about human nature and the nature of change, so they can
understand how leadership really works and become more effective.

"Mette is one of the best program facilitators I have had the pleasure of working with in my 24 years of corporate learning. Her style is powerful yet comfortably easy. She helps individuals reach deep within themselves to extract the key leadership and personal learnings that they need in order to be successful."
